This substantial detached luxury holiday villa and annex is set in extensive gardens and boasts 5 bedrooms in total. Set in a typically peaceful canarian village Casa Roja is ideal for those seeking a relaxing villa holiday but within easy reach of the main resort of Puerto del Carmen with a large variety of restaurants, ,shops, bars and beaches close to the old harbour of Puerto del Carmen and the exclusive marina at Puerto Calero.

Built on one level this beautifully furnished detached spacious three bedroom luxury villa with self-contained two bedroomed annexe is extremely sought after and set in its own extensive gardens with wonderful sea views.

The villa accommodation comprises entrance hall /office with desk which leads through an archway into the dining room with its beautiful mirrored bar area and seating for 8.

The light and airy spacious lounge has 3 large leather sofas and digital T.V. dvd, video library, hi-fi system with cd player and a large picture window enjoying views over the gardens, swimming pool and out to sea over to Fuerteventura.

The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite facilities. Terrace doors lead onto the upper sunbathing terrace.

The well equipped kitchen comprises dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, full oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and table and chairs to seat 6.

Large walled gardens surround the property and heated swimming pool which has roman style steps for safe and easy entry. The pool is approx.10m x 5m.

The swimming pool terraces are extremely spacious and walled for seclusion and privacy.

Sunbeds and patio furniture complete with cushions for client comfort are provided.

There is a poolside covered seating area for protection from the sun.

From all terraces there are breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, mountains and coastline sea views over to Fuerteventura.

Please note that the annexe is not separately let and is only available for large parties therefore holidaymakers in the main house enjoy the exclusive use of the extensive grounds and gardens that Casa Roja offers.
