This  lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom  detached villa is situated just a few minutes walk from the main beach and all amenities of this popular resort. Ideally located in central Puerto del Carmen and within a few minutes walk of a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, nightlife and beach. Lavande is a detached villa set in its own walled garden with high gates to the roadway.    Villa Lavande comprises two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a four poster bed  the other is twin bedded.    Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Two separate bathrooms with the main bathroom having a walk in shower and the second having a three-quarter bath with shower over. WC and basin. The spacious lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa, dining table and chairs, digital TV, video and CD music player. The modern kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with ceramic hob and full oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a number of additional appliances for  ease of self catering. Villa Lavande Puerto del Carmen also has a safe and alarm system. High walls surround the outside sunbathing and BBQ terraces.   The swimming pool which is approx. 6m x 3m can be heated. The attractive BBQ courtyard  is surrounded by high walls and is ideal for al-fresco dining. Cushioned sun longers are provided for client comfort. A dartboard, putting game and video games are provided for client enjoyment.
