This super 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroom property is ideally situated in a quiet area of Puerto del Carmen within easy reach of the harbour and yellow sandy beach and promenade of Puerto del Carmen with its many restaurants Beautifully furnished the villa comprises 2 large bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room and one twin bedded room with an additional full bathroom with shower over bath. The fitted kitchen is well equipped and
provides full cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. The
lounge is comfortably furnished with digital TV with a limited selection of english
channels and a DVD player There is also a c.d. hi-fi system for music lovers There is also a hot tub/jacuzzi available at an additional charge. Patio furniture and sun beds complete with cushions are provided for clients comfort. There is also a BBQ for al fresco dining. A covered seating area is provided for protection from the sun.
