This beautiful villa with sea and mountain views together with 4 poster bed is ideally situated in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen Just 5 minutes drive to the exclusive Marina of Puerto Calero with its many restaurants and expensive yatchs and approximately 10 - 15 minutes walk to the charming old harbour of Puerto del Carmen where the fishermen offload their daily catch and the canarians play boules. The new resort of Puerto del Carmen with its long sandy beach, many restaurants and variety of things to do in the evening is also within walking distance. Built on one level the beautifully furnished light and airy lounge has leather sofas, cd hi-fi system,TV and DVD video player. There are dining areas with seating for 8 and large patio doors leading to the sunbathing and swimming pool terraces. The bedrooms comprise 2 doubles and 2 twins. The master en-suite bedroom has a beautiful 4 poster bed. The ensuite has a walk in shower, basin, and toilet. The other double bedroom has a full ensuite with walk in shower, basin,toilet and bidet. Both of the double bedrooms have ceiling fans. The other 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower over bath. The well equipped and spacious kitchen with sea views has everything provided to make self catering easy. There is a full oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. Patio doors lead to very large sunbathing terraces and private heated swimming pool with roman steps for safe and easy entry. The heated swimming pool is approximately 9 metres by 5 metres. Services For guests staying longer than 7 nights there is a weekly maid service linen and towel change Car Requirements A car is not essential for this villa.
